How to disable “Which device did you plug in?” prompt?

Every time I plug in my headphones it prompts me with this dialog Which device did you plug in?

Is there a way to disable this prompt? I never get such prompt on other laptops.

To Enable or Disable In Windows 10 on a DELL
  1. Open the program WAVES MaxxAudio Pro
  2. Choose the device, eg. Playback
  3. click Advanced in the bottom center of the window
  4. Toggle the "Show pop-up dialog when device is connected" checkbox
This is what I see (Windows 10 Pro V.1790 [XPS 8920])
