Solution 1:
1. Close the Outlook
2. Go to C:\users\username\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook
3. Delete the ost file(s)
4. Launch the Outlook it will recreate the .ost file
Solution 2:
1. Close the Outlook,
2. Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > select profile then click remove
3. Click Add > enter profile name > Ok
4. Tick the Always use this profile
4. Open the Outlook it will recreate the .ost file
1. Close the Outlook
