We are using BACKEXEC 2010 R3 with HP Autoloader LTO4, when I eject HP autoloader right magazine it says:"MAGAZINE LOCKED BY HOST SYSTEM".
Solution:
On the Backup Exec console, click on the Devices tab and then right-click on the tape library. Select Unlock and it will be unlocked. You would still have to manually release the magazine using either the library's web interface or the front panel.
