- Disable the AHCI mode of SATA drives in BIOS.
- download the SATA driver and extract
- go to device manager and select Sata ATA driver
- update the driver
- select install from a specific location and browse the location of the driver
- select the correct chipset
- reboot
- goto BIOS, enable the AHCI mode of SATA
- Start the Windows
- select yes to reboot when windows has new device
